Morning and After School Care

Morning Care:

• 6:30am – 7:30am
• Entrance at the Front Gate Only Entrance
• Cost Per Child: $5 Each Morning Per Child

After School Care:

• 3:15pm – 6:00pm Monday- Thursday
• 12:15pm – 6:00pm Friday
• Must bring a sack lunch and drink
• Pick up at the front gate only

Cost:

• $125 Per Month for 1 Child
• $150 Per Month for 2 Children
• $ 10 Daily Use Fee*
• $1 Per Minute for Children Picked Up After 6pm

* Daily Use are ALL children who have not been registered in the program or children who have not been picked up at dismissal time and are checked into After School Care.

Payment:

• Monthly payment is due by the end of the first week of each month
• Daily Use Fee is due at the time of pick-up

Procedures:

• All children are signed in to Morning and After School Care by Supervisor
• All children are signed out of After School Care by parent
• Any adult/guardian other than parent who picks up a child MUST be noted on the Emergency Card and present a valid picture identification
• All students and parents are required to adhere to the Parent/Student Handbook policies
• Structure time to include: Monday-Thursday; Friday schedule modified
  • Check in and Prayer – 3:15pm
  • Snack Time – 3:30pm
  • Homework – 4:00pm
  • Play – 5:15pm
  • Silent Reading – 5:45pm
